1. Services Offered
Elevation Specialty Metals specializes in welding and custom metal fabrication, including but not limited to handrails, grab rails, stair rails, guardrails, boat repairs, custom dog boxes, and other custom welding projects. Our services are provided to residential and commercial clients.
2. Scope of Work
We will provide the services as outlined in the agreed contract or work order. Any additional work beyond the scope will require a new agreement and may incur additional fees.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their project requirements and ensuring a safe working environment. Any delays or complications caused by inaccurate information or unsafe working conditions may result in additional fees.
4. Payment Terms
Payments for services rendered are due as per the terms specified in the contract or invoice. We accept payment via credit/debit card, Venmo, cash app, cash or check. Late payments may incur additional charges.
5. Warranty & Liability
We provide a warranty on our workmanship for a period of 3 years from the date of project completion. This warranty covers any defects in welding or workmanship, but does not apply to damages caused by improper use, neglect, or external factors.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and images on our website, including project photos, are owned by Elevation Specialty Metals and protected by copyright. You may not use, copy, or distribute any of these materials without written permission.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for completed work will remain due.
8. Changes to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly. Please review these Terms regularly.
9. Governing Law
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts located in South Carolina.
